A:Now in our company has three kinds of payment terms :T/T ,western union and
paypal
Q:What are the advantages of the the payment terms?
A:T/T and western union is the main payment term. The advantage is the
fast and simple. It will take about 1-5 days to reach the beneficiary’s
ccount according to different Countries .Normally the bank charge is
20-40 USD$ ,sometimes it will also Charge the beneficiary bank charge USD$20.0
because it need pass through middle bank .
Western union is also very fast and simple .The beneficiary can pick
up the payment in the first time only get the right first name ,
second name and MTCN number .The only problem is that it should
be personal informtation not like T/T can be company accountant .
So some person may do not have enough trust for that Paypal is
very popular in European countries like Uk and Germany . It is also
very simple and you can transfer the payment in the internet and do
not need to go to bank And the bank charge is 4.1% of total amount
.So it is very popular for the first cooperation With small amount .Second
it is much more safe then T/T and western union . If the seller did not
send out the goods to you and you can freeze the payment .
